This large oven can prepare food for a whole school or orphanage of 200 children, or an ashram serving up to 500 people a day. It can reach and maintain temperatures of 500 degrees (F) for several hours. Also useful for commercial drying of fruits and vegetables, for a bakery , or for boiling large quantities of water.
